Ann Beatty, Ph.D. Founder and Chief Executive Officer, BEATTY

Leveraging over 20 years of business experience, Dr. Beatty is a nationally recognized principal advisor and educator to senior executives throughout the United States. Her expertise is partnering with executive leadership and boards to improve individual and organizational performance through CEO succession planning, assessment, performance evaluation, teambuilding and developmental coaching. Her deep understanding of the C-Suite and board roles enables her to help leaders more effectively navigate the unique challenges of their positions.

Dr. Beatty has conducted board evaluations and CEO performance evaluations for Fortune 500 and 100 companies.

Previously, as President of Psychological Associates, Dr. Beatty was responsible for implementing the firm’s vision of a collaborative culture, as well as managing the company’s strategic direction and financial welfare.

Prior to becoming President of Psychological Associates, Dr. Beatty held the positions of Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Consulting and Director of Consulting. During that time she provided a host of CEO-level initiatives including CEO succession planning, assessment and performance evaluation, teambuilding, and coaching.

Dr. Beatty’s area of research interest is the correlation of personality attributes to effective leadership style and management practices. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, APA – Division 13 Consulting, American Psychological Society, American Management Association, Society for Personality Assessment, St. Louis Organization Network and Gateway Industrial-Organizational Psychologists. Dr. Beatty is also a member of the Society of Psychologists in Management.

She is a frequent keynote speaker for corporate meetings and professional organizations.

Jennifer Koski

Jennifer Koski, M.A. Leadership Consultant

Jennifer Koski is a leadership and organization development professional with 12-plus years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses across a variety of industries. With a comprehensive background in employee and organizational development, Jennifer specializes in employee and organizational surveys, needs assessment, leadership coaching and development, 360° feedback, and succession/talent management. She has extensive experience in performance management system design and implementation, competency model development, team assessment and teambuilding, and strategic planning. Additional activities include identification of success profiles, corporate governance activities and focus group facilitation.

Prior to joining BEATTY, Jennifer was Organization Development Advisor at PCL Constructors and Director of Performance Development at Psychological Associates.

Jennifer’s research interests include: ethics, corporate governance, effective team dynamics, individual and team development, and performance management systems. She has a particular interest in bringing her management consulting skills to faith-based and non-profit organizations.

Jennifer is a member of the American Psychological Association, Gateway Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, the Organization Development Network and the St. Louis Organization Development Network.

She is a frequent guest speaker for business organizations and industry events.

Michael Beatty

Michael Beatty, M.A. Executive Performance Coach

Michael is an NYC based actor/singer and performance coach specializing in the areas of voice, speech, and personalized communication. Drawing upon his experience within the world of the performing arts, Michael helps individuals and team/ensembles tap into their true potential utilizing acting skills and vocal performance techniques. This performance based approach used in tandem with the development strategies of BEATTY, inspires clients to discover a more confident and personalized communication style, one that honors authenticity and professional integrity. His wide range of clients include corporate executives, Broadway performers, and creative artists. Whether applying those skills in a boardroom or on a performing arts stage, Michael believes that all people possess the ability to “hit the mark, tell the truth, and change the way an audience feels.”

Michael holds an MA in Performance Studies from NYU/Tisch School of the Arts, a BS in Communications Studies from Emerson College, and a Conservatory Degree from CTC Minneapolis. He attended the Boston Conservatory and has studied with members of the National Theatre, and the Stella Adler Studio. Michael has performed in concert halls and coffee houses, with symphony orchestras and rock bands, appeared off Broadway, and toured Europe. In addition, he has recorded five albums of original music and has been featured in many national TV commercials. He is a member of SAG-AFTRA, Actors Equity Association, BMI, and Performance Studies International.
